There was also a lack of onsite support, making us feel uneasy during our stay.

Staying here with my two small kids was fantastic! We loved the ocean view from our room and the beautiful gardens. One memorable outing was our hike through the Pygmy Forest Discovery Trail, where the unique trees kept the kids fascinated.

My kids wished there were some child-friendly activities available on-site. maybe a small playground would be great.
